 Booking and Payments
• Your event date is only secured once a 50% deposit has been received. Please note, we cannot hold dates without this payment.

• The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your event and is non-refundable.

• If your booking is made within 14 days of the event, full payment is required immediately and is non-refundable.

Flavour Selection
• All gelato and sorbet flavours must be confirmed 14 days prior to your event.

• If no selection is made by that time, La Dolce Cabana will choose flavours on your behalf.

• In the rare case your chosen flavours are unavailable, we’ll work with you to find the closest alternatives.

Cancellations and Changes
• Cancellations made more than 14 days before your event: the 50% deposit is non-refundable, but no further payment is required.

• Cancellations or changes within 14 days of your event are 100% non-refundable.

• Date changes will incur a $200 rescheduling fee.

• Same-day venue, time, or location changes may not be possible due to other bookings and will require full payment.

• If La Dolce Cabana is unable to attend your event (unlikely but possible), you’ll receive a 100% refund of your package price.

Event Requirements
• It’s your responsibility to ensure your venue knows La Dolce Cabana will be attending and has enough space for 

setup and service.

• Please arrange access 30 minutes before and after the event for setup and pack-down.

• If power is available at your venue, please let us know. We can also operate from charged batteries if required.

• Travel fees are additional and not included in package prices.

• Public holiday bookings incur a 10% surcharge on the total invoice.

• If your selected gelato cart or vehicle becomes unavailable, La Dolce Cabana reserves the right to provide a suitable alternative.

Weather and Other Conditions
• In the event of extreme weather or natural disasters, we’ll make every effort to reach your venue safely. If travel is unsafe, 50% of your payment is non-refundable, and we’ll work with you to reschedule.

Permits and Licensing
• Clients must advise La Dolce Cabana of any required permits or licences to access the venue or location before the event.

Allergies and Dietary Notes

• We offer vegan and dairy-free options, but please note: our products may contain traces of allergens.

Privacy and Social Media
• Your personal information is used only for your booking and is never shared with third parties.

• By hiring La Dolce Cabana, you agree that we may post photos or content from your event on our social media channels. If you prefer not to be featured, please notify us via email.
